 EVENTS

The Cobalt Cruise event to Seven Gables turned out to be a great success all round in spite of a somewhat grim day.  A huge THANKS to everyone for taking the time to join in the festivities as well as a very big Thank You to Dr. Wally Stonehouse for allowing everyone to enjoy not only his company but also his island and of course to Pack St. Clair for taking time out from his very busy schedule to fly down with his grandson for the event.

Our next event is Peter's Sea Doo ride to Kingston on Saturday, August 18th...weather dependant.  Departure is from Ed Huck Marine at 11.00 a.m. through the islands to Kingston for a yummy lunch and then return.  Give me a call on 613-659-3408 or by e-mail carol@marina.ca by August 14th to add your name to the list if you would like to join in.

PARKING

Everyone should have their one parking space allotted with their name on the timbers; please do not park in someone else's spot even if it is only for a few minutes.  There is Guest/Customer parking on a first come first served basis located behind the Sales Office and also beside the hedge at the Scenic Lodge General Store.

SERVICE INFO AND FALL PROMOTIONS

If we winterize your boat on your boatlift, please schedule an appointment to change gear and engine oils prior to winter lay-up.

Special Service Promotion for Sea Doo 4 stroke customers.  If you winterize and have your oil and filter changed before September 30th, we will do a complimentary spark plug change and give you a $30 discount on your work order.

GENERAL

I realize no one wants to hear this taboo word, but I thought I would give everyone a gentle "heads up" - very soon we shall be sending out our winterizing sheets so that once again we can start organizing ourselves before haul out starts in earnest.   Our winterizing rates are available under the heading Service - Winter Storage and Servicing -  for your information.

Also should you need access to the internet, we now have a wireless service receptacle available for laptops at our Scenic Lodge General Store.
