January 2008 has not been one of the better months for weather, but every so often a view of the river, even on the coldest and nastiest of days offers beauty.  February's wallpaper was taken bright and early one morning, looking across the water from Ed Huck Marine.  A little bit of river makes the heart grow fonder....

WORK SHOP

Our work shop is progressing very well; the various doors (both sliding and entrance) are in place and you now walk into a large, efficient and brightly lighted work space.  Heat is the next stage and once that is done, it shall be ready for use.  Every little stage is taking Ed Huck Marine closer to offering our customers a great venue for our technicians to work on your boats.

ONLINE ACCESS TO SERVICE ACCOUNTS

Our new website is to be integrated with our service counter which means that all work orders and work history will be accessible in real-time to all of our customers.  In the next while,  I will be sending out an e-mail outlining exactly how you will be able to access this.

CUSTOMER SURVEY WINNER

Thank you very much to everyone who took the time to fill in and fax/mail back our Ed Huck Customer Survey Sheet.  All comments were very welcome and certainly make us aware of what your needs and concerns are, as well as ensuring that we make your Boating Season with us, the best it can possibly be.  2007/2008's lucky winner, who has won a $500 credit on his account, is Peter  Glazier.  Many many congratulations Peter.

SPRING DELIVERY CHECK LIST

Some time in March we shall be sending out our Spring Delivery Check list.  This list itemizes what our technicians do to ensure your boat is ready for spring launch; it also allows you to tell us if there is any other Spring servicing that you  may require, as well as your anticipated date of arrival.  Stay tuned as spring really is not too too far away.

Enjoy your winter and I looking forward to speaking with you all again in March.

Sincerely,

Carol
