Now even larger: 1600 x 1200 for all standard 4:3 ratio monitors.
Wide version: 1680 x 1050 for all 16:10 wide ratio monitors and HDTV monitors.

Display tip for Windows users:  If the wallpaper appears too large for your screen, you should adjust your desktop display settings to "Stretch".  To do this, right-click on any empty space on your desktop and choose "Properties".  Go to the "Desktop" tab and choose "Stretch" from the "Position" dropdown box and press "OK".

Believe it or not and all fingers crossed spring will soon be here.

LAUNCH

We have started launching however a couple of small issues at the moment are still the snow banks around and under the boats which are taking their time melting, as well as the ice remaining in the bays; as soon we are able, launching will begin in earnest.  Please ensure that you are ready to go when your turn comes around.  Thank you all for your patience as we enter the "busy" season.

And if you are wondering, there are no outside washroom facilities or yard water at the moment until the weather warms up.

"NEW" CHANGES TO OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT

1)   Service Request E-Mail Account

In order to make our Service Communication more efficient, we have now enabled a new Service E-Mail Account to which you can e-mail all or any of your service requests.  This new e-mail address is service@marina.ca  All incoming e-mails wil be handled daily and you will receive confirmation that your specific request is being taken care of.  Please note this new e-mail in your address books.

2)   Service Personnel Changes

This year, your first point of contact when entering the Service Department for all your service concerns will be Peter Johnston as our new Service Writer.  This will allow Sue Warren, our Service Manager to concentrate on coordinating our resources, managing our Technicians, compiling estimates and ensuring that all runs smoothly.

For all other information regarding dockage, general information, customer concerns, Carol Watson will be available to help.

Ken Christopherson continues to look after Parts and is now back from the sunny south for the upcoming season.

Our General Store has now been relocated back to its original location and will have all the usual coffee, drinks, ice cream etc. that it has always carried.

E99's

This is just a small reminder to anyone who lives in the United States  and stores their boat with us during the winter months.  All E99's are no longer valid after May 31st, 2008.  If you will not be re-entering American waters by that date, please call Canada Customs on 1-888-226-7277 to advise them.
