Now available - Surfhunter 29 Hardtop Coupe!

The popularity of our Surfhunter 25 generated interest in this larger version. In the 29, the extra four feet of length is split between the cockpit and the interior. With that length and an additional foot and a half in the beam, there are more generous dimensions below and more move-around space on deck. The Surfhunter 29 is a fun and practical day-boat that allows you to change your mind and spend a night aboard without any compromise in comfort. And running, she has the same superb Hunt Deep-V performance, proven in the rough waters of southern New England, that makes Hunt designs legendary. The standard Surfhunter 29 features a helmseat, L-shaped settee, and a custom teak bridgedeck table. Like her little sister, the engine box doubles as extra seating and there is an optional, removable stern seat. Accommodations below include a fully enclosed head, v-berth, and galley with microwave and refrigerator as standard features.

Hunt Coupe Hardtops

This Coupe series is initially being introduced for 3 designated models – the Surfhunter 29, the Surfhunter 33 and the Harrier 36. Adding the Coupe line at Hunt Yachts is a response to owners and admirers of the original, award-winning express line of Surfhunters and Harriers, requesting more all-weather/all-climates treatment in the bridgedeck area. Adding a hardtop and side windows allow those at the helm and in the settee area to be more cosseted in an air-conditioned (or heated) area extending not only the Coupe’s cruising capability but also adding days to the boating season. The Coupe’s hardtops, which can include an optional sliding sunroof (twin opening hatches are standard), provide complete weather protection, increase the privacy of the bridgedeck areas, allow overhead interior lighting and provide rooftop stowage for kayaks or other water toys. In addition to the overhead openings, the side windows slide open for exceptional natural ventilation. Handrails along with a wide sidedeck make passage to/from the bow safer and more secure.
