It’s not just a boat. It’s a Rossiter.

There are many boats out there moving across our harbours, bays and lakes – but only a select few are Rossiters. For close to 40 years Rossiter has been building semi-custom row boats and outboard power boats that combine the ultimate in style and performance while looking and acting like nothing else on the water.

Deep rooted beauty

Forty years ago, George Rossiter decided he didn’t want to be a doctor like both his parents, or a fast-track business whiz like most of his friends. He wanted to build boats and stubbornly, that’s what he did. He started out building wooden row boats.

George Rossiter built his boats by hand and sold them one at a time. Slowly, over the years, more and more Rossiter boats found their way on to waterways across the continent and around the world. People came to recognize and trust Rossiter for their quality, performance and craftsmanship.

Need for Power

Rossiter’s power boat division has expanded from the Rossiter 14 to include two models of the Rossiter 17 – a Center Console version as well as a classic Runabout and the newest member of the Rossiter family, the R23 classic day boat.

Working with the best boat designers, the latest computer-enhanced design and 3D modelling the first Rossiter 17 Classic Closed Deck Runabout and Center Console launched in 2011 and now introducing the most sophisticated power boat yet, the Rossiter 23 Classic Day Boat.

Rossiter builds over seven different models of rowing boats which include yacht tenders, skiffs, recreational sport shells and our most popular model, the 17′ Loudon.

Rossiter offers the original retail purchaser a Structural Warranty that covers any major structural defect in the material or workmanship, for the duration of the ownership.
